Role Description This is a full-time remote role. The position involves supporting the online and offline presence of Green Village Mobile Homes by managing digital content, coordinating with sales and customer support teams, and helping maintain accurate product information across platforms. Day-to-day tasks may include updating the online catalog, assisting with inquiries related to mobile homes and modular units, preparing basic reports on inventory or customer feedback, and collaborating with colleagues in different locations to ensure a consistent customer experience. The role also requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while aligning with company goals and processes.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, follow processes, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Customer-oriented mindset, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and a focus on delivering a positive experience. Basic understanding of sales or logistics processes, or willingness to learn about mobile homes, modular housing, and cross-border delivery. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, distributed team environment and adapt to changing business needs. Relevant education or professional experience in business, administration, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
