Who We Need

A dedicated executive assistant to take the day-to-day admin off their executive's plate — inbox, calendar, registrations, research, and the things that currently pull them in too many directions. The goal is to free up your executive to focus on working on the business.

This starts as an admin-focused role and is built to grow. As they earn trust, they take on more — research, projects, and eventually becoming a genuine right-hand.

What You’ll Do

• Inbox management: Manage multiple inboxes; handle routine items directly and surface only what needs your attention.
• Calendar management: Own scheduling end to end.
• Business admin: Handle registrations, renewals, and general back-office tasks.
• Research & troubleshooting: When something comes up (e.g. a tax-authority notice), dig in, figure out the issue, and bring it back with a recommendation — not just a flag.
• Project management: Run discrete projects and work cross-functionally with minimal hand-holding once ramped.
• Occasional personal admin: The odd semi-personal task here and there (e.g. booking a family appointment). Infrequent, but good to be open to it.

What You Need

• 4+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry directly supporting executives or founders.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Fluent in Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Total discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
• Able to build and maintain SOPs.
• An ownership mindset: takes a problem, researches it, and comes back with a solution.
• Comfortable running multiple inboxes and a calendar independently.
• Available during your working hours.

Nice-to-Haves

• Some knowledge of leveraging AI tools to work faster and better.
• Experience running their own projects or workstreams.
