We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
Providing high-level administrative support, including:
- Managing complex calendar scheduling and travel arrangements
- Preparing and organizing meeting materials and follow-up items
- Taking detailed meeting minutes and maintaining accurate records
- Drafting and revising correspondence and documents
Administrative leadership:
- Coordinating and organizing company meetings, events, and celebrations
- Managing sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Preparing comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Ensuring smooth departmental operations through daily administrative oversight
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Sites, Hangouts)
- Expert knowledge of MS Office and modern business applications (Asana, CRM tools, Analytics)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently
- Excellence in interpersonal relations and customer service approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (training will be provided for the right candidate)
