Why This Role Matters

As an E‑Commerce Virtual Assistant at brighthush, you will be the linchpin that keeps our clients’ digital shelves stocked, their customer journeys seamless, and their sales data actionable. Key Responsibilities

• Own the Digital Shelf: Design and implement differentiated product strategies for DTC, Amazon, and other retail marketplaces. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine positioning and pricing.
• Marketplace Mastery: Manage and optimize product listings on brighthush’s client sites (e.g., brighthush.com) and Amazon Seller Central. Ensure product details—images, descriptions, SKUs, and pricing—are accurate, compelling, and consistent across all platforms.
• Customer Journey Excellence: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across e‑commerce channels. Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company guidelines, turning every interaction into a brand‑affirming experience.
• Data‑Backed Growth: Generate weekly sales reports using GoParrot, Square, Amazon Seller Central, and other analytics tools. Track inventory levels, flag low‑stock items, and interpret data to inform strategic decisions and forecast demand.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in listing creation, order fulfillment, and customer service workflows. Propose and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and fulfillment teams to align product launches, promotions, and inventory plans.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with e‑commerce platform updates, marketplace policies, and industry best practices. Share insights with the team to keep brighthush at the cutting edge.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and WordPress e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
