Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual property inspections using secure video‑conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
• Document property damage accurately and professionally to support claim submissions.
• Advocate on behalf of homeowners, ensuring their insurance companies treat them with respect and fairness.
• Maintain meticulous records of inspection findings, client interactions, and claim status updates.
• Collaborate with licensed public adjusters and internal teams to streamline claim processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering client questions and guiding them through each step of the claims journey.
• Stay current on state insurance regulations and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a resident of one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, GA, HI, IN, MD, MN, MT, NV, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, UT, VA, WV, WI.
• Ability to pass the applicable state licensing exam for public adjusters.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—in English.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for video conferencing.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently as a 1099 contractor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or claims handling.
• Familiarity with property insurance terminology and claim documentation.
• Experience using video‑conferencing tools and virtual inspection software.
• Knowledge of state insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
