Key Responsibilities

• Mail Delivery Excellence: Deliver mail, packages, and other items to residential and commercial addresses on assigned rural routes with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
• Customer Service Champion: Interact with customers in a courteous, helpful, and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Route Management: Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and federal regulations to protect yourself, customers, and the integrity of the delivery system.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and report any issues with delivery vehicles, equipment, and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and transport mail and packages up to 50 lbs, and to walk or drive for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy for route planning and record‑keeping.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service excellence.
