This fully remote role is ideal for someone with a strong background in facilities support and customer service. As a Facility Coordinator, you'll serve as the frontline contact for clients and service providers, managing work orders, scheduled maintenance, and platform support. You'll operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, helping ensure operational excellence while collaborating across teams. Your attention to detail and ability to guide customers through systems and processes will play a key role in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
