The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about talent intelligence, research, and executive recruitment. Leveraging sourcing tools, professional networks, and market data, the Junior Executive Researcher helps identify high-potential candidates and contributes to the successful execution of executive search initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential candidates for executive and senior-level positions.
• Support talent mapping projects by gathering information on target companies, organizational structures, and key industry talent.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using online databases, social networks, and professional networking platforms.
• Assist in sourcing passive candidates through market research and targeted outreach activities.
• Prepare candidate profiles, market maps, and research reports for Executive Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Track talent market trends, competitor hiring activity, and organizational changes within target industries.
• Maintain accurate candidate and market intelligence data within recruiting systems and databases.
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and identify relevant talent pools.
• Support candidate outreach initiatives and schedule introductory conversations when needed
• Assist in the preparation of executive search presentations, talent insights, and market intelligence reports.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling candidate and executive search information.
• Contribute to special projects and research initiatives related to executive talent acquisition
