We are looking for a Field Marketing and Communications Specialist for a global high tech company. In this role you will support the national events, roadshows, and sales communications. This role blends hands on event execution with ownership of key communication channels, ensuring Sales has the tools, resources, and experiences needed to engage customers, build pipeline, and grow the business. This is a 12 month (extensions likely), 40 hour/week, remote role in the USA. This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute national events, conferences, trade shows, and roadshows aligned with sales and marketing priorities. Manage timelines, logistics, registration, vendors, booth materials, shipping, staffing, and onsite support. Partner with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, and cross functional teams to define event objectives, target audiences, promotional plans, and follow up activities. Develop event invitations, briefing materials, and sales resources to drive participation and readiness. Write and edit concise, engaging content for the biweekly Sales Newsletter. Maintain the North America Field Marketing SharePoint site as the central hub for event calendars, campaign resources, sales tools, and program details. Improve navigation, content accuracy, and usability. Track budgets, expenses, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure programs are completed on time and within budget. Support post event reporting on attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Gather feedback, monitor metrics, and refine communications and event processes to maximize adoption and effectiveness. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or marketing communications (preferably B2B technology). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills tailored for a sales audience. Experience maintaining SharePoint sites or similar internal content platforms. Willingness to travel for onsite event support. Experience with event registration platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead management. Working knowledge of marketing performance reporting and pipeline measurement. Basic design and formatting skills for newsletters, SharePoint pages, and event materials. BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
