Position Purpose: As part of Carolina Complete Health, the Finance Analyst II will compile and analyze financial information for the company, health plan.

Key Details: For this role, while it is remote, we are considering qualified applicants living in the state of North Carolina. • Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Preferred experience:

• Inpatient admission pricing, estimation experience.
• Experience in Healthcare, MA, and/or studying cost trends also a plus.
• Advanced excel skills: Pivot table, Power BI, V & H-Lookup, Excel queries.
