At Noble Pursuit, you'll work directly with ownership, see the impact of your work across every location, and be part of a collaborative culture where we celebrate shared success. -------------------------------------------------- FINANCE MANAGER Contract (1099) | Remote (Florida-based candidates preferred) | Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR) Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week Reports to: CEO/Owner The Opportunity Noble Pursuit, LLC is seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to partner with company ownership and operations leadership. This contract role combines day-to-day financial management with operational analysis, restaurant profitability initiatives, and support for future acquisitions. The ideal candidate turns financial data into actionable business decisions and can help scale a growing multi-state franchise organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with InfoSync to deliver monthly and year-end profit and loss statements for Noble Pursuit, LLC and all KFC locations.

Monitor labor costs, food costs, operating expenses, sales trends, and key performance indicators. Partner with the Director of Operations and restaurant leadership to implement cost controls and operational improvements. Build actionable financial reports and dashboards for ownership and operations leadership. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting. Partner with InfoSync to pay all bills, manage spending within budget, and support accurate, timely payroll. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to ownership, and maintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracy. Coordinate with external accountants, tax professionals, lenders, and other financial partners. Support the financial evaluation of prospective restaurant acquisitions, including due diligence, projections, and ROI analysis. Help Restaurant General Managers hit their financial goals through clear targets, practical coaching, and recognition of progress.

Required Qualifications

Based in Florida, or able to work Florida-friendly hours. CPA or CMA Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including financial management responsibilities. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and advanced Excel skills. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor for approximately 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Finance experience in QSR, restaurant franchising, hospitality, or multi-unit retail.

Experience managing finances across multiple locations or entities. Based in Florida, or able to work Florida-friendly hours. CPA or CMA a plus.
