Summary of Duties Build and maintain relationships with clients through consistent communication and exceptional customer service. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ insurance needs through financial education and recommend suitable coverage options.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing: Actively develop new client relationships through our structured training, networking, referrals, and community outreach (note: we do not purchase leads or require cold calling). Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new business. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to evaluate their insurance needs and provide recommendations on available coverage options. Policy Management: Prepare and present insurance proposals, explain policy benefits and features, and guide clients through policy selection. Customer Service: Provide continued support to clients, including assistance with claims, policy updates, and renewals. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and insurance policies. Professional Development: Remain informed about industry developments, new products, and regulatory requirements to strengthen your knowledge and effectiveness. A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within the designated timeframe. A willingness to learn and pursue ongoing professional development in the insurance industry is essential.

Qualifications

No prior experience is needed; willingness to learn and communicate professionally with clients is essential. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Pay: $3,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
