About the position Svea Solar is hiring a Field Sales Consultant to expand its field sales team in the Linköping region. The role involves meeting homeowners in their homes and managing the complete sales process, from the first meeting through to a signed agreement. The consultant acts as both a salesperson and technical adviser, preparing information on site and designing a comprehensive home energy solution. Products include solar panels, home batteries, EV chargers, heat pumps, smart energy management and electricity contracts. Many customer meetings are initially booked by the company’s appointment-setting team, which fills 50% of the consultant’s calendar. The consultant also builds their own network, for example through referrals, and earns higher commission on self-generated sales. The role is home-based, with the consultant planning their own days and working around Linköping. Svea Solar says its High Performers currently earn SEK 90,000–100,000 per month, including a base salary of SEK 25,000–30,000 depending on experience. A Kia Ceed hybrid company car is provided and may also be used privately.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes and manage the entire sales process from the initial meeting to a signed agreement.
• Prepare customer-specific information on site and design a complete home energy solution.
• Build a personal sales network, including through referrals, and generate sales independently.
• Plan and manage daily work independently while covering the Linköping area.
• Work toward sales budgets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Documented strong sales results and a record of ranking among top performers.
• Experience in field sales, home sales, or other direct sales to consumers.
• Motivation to work toward budgets and KPIs and to build self-generated business.
• Comfort with autonomy and planning workdays independently.
• Valid B driving licence.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish.
• Residence in Örebro.
• The posting particularly welcomes experience selling solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, EV chargers, or comparable high-value products directly to consumers.
