The upsideThis is a principal's seat. You earn equity in the company and an uncapped share of the licensing revenue you generate — we only win when you win. Business expenses are covered at cost. What you'll be selling — and why it closesYou won't be pushing a science project. You'll be licensing a de-risked, defensible platform: ● Our own CRISPR nuclease — granted patents in the US, Korea & Japan; a genuine freedom-to-operate advantage over the incumbent Cas9/Cas12a estates. ● Differentiated technology: exonuclease-fused editing for deeper knockout, and a one-pot, 30-minute point-of-care Detector (e.g., antibiotic-resistance screening). ● A Seoul National University spin-out already partnered with Bayer, Kolon and Kolmar — credibility that opens doors. How you'll work● Run your own book. Fully remote, independent — no office, no timesheets, no micromanagement. ● Direct line to the founder-CEO (an SNU professor): decisions in days, not quarters. ● Own the pipeline end-to-end: outreach → technical pitch → term sheets → close; represent us at J.P. Morgan, BIO, ASGCT, Advanced Therapies and beyond. Who thrives here● A proven closer in cell & gene therapy licensing/BD — ideally with CRISPR / genome-editing deals signed. ● Demonstrated deal-making and fundraising — you have sourced and closed partnerships and licenses. ● Strong network across pharma/biotech, platform companies and investors; US-based, operating globally. ● Entrepreneurial and performance-driven, equity-minded — you'd rather own your upside than draw a fixed base.
