FOUNDING HEAD OF SALES | REMOTE | UNITED STATES ONLY Proprietio is a modern, all-in-one property management platform for independent landlords and property management companies managing up to 5,000 units. Flat-rate pricing, free trial, no credit card required. The product is live and fully operational. We are hiring our first sales leader: the person who builds Proprietio's sales function from zero to a repeatable, scalable machine. Location requirement This role is open only to candidates who already live in the United States and are authorized to work in the US. Applications from outside the US will not be considered. What you will do Own revenue from the first customers to a repeatable growth engine Define the ICP, sales playbook, pipeline process and CRM setup Sell yourself first: run demos, close deals, learn the market firsthand Hire, onboard and lead the first Account Executives Work directly with the founders on pricing, positioning and go-to-market What you bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, including team leadership Experience building or scaling a sales team at an early-stage company PropTech, property management or SMB vertical SaaS experience is a strong plus Hands-on: you still love to close Currently living in the United States and authorized to work in the US (required)

Compensation
