to help guide overall commercial strategy—not simply manage ads. We already have product, development, marketing operations, lifecycle, analytics, creative and paid-acquisition resources in place. We need a senior leader who can help align and improve: - Positioning and target customer strategy - B2C acquisition and growth - Pricing, packaging and monetization - Onboarding, paywalls and conversion - Lifecycle, retention and LTV - Brand/creative strategy - B2B partnerships and future outbound growth - Marketing team/vendor priorities and budget allocation Strong preference for someone with direct experience scaling a
