About CaseCheck Immigration CaseCheck is an upcoming digital platform launching in November 2026, designed to streamline the U.S. immigration journey for consumers and law firms alike. We combine real-time case tracking, document prep services, and a two-sided marketplace connecting everyday applicants with vetted immigration attorneys. We are bringing clarity, efficiency, and transparency to complex immigration workflows. As we prepare for our early November launch, you will join at a pivotal ground-floor stage to help shape our go-to-market execution and scale our initial user acquisition across both B2C and B2B channels. About the role This is a remote, contract-based Freelance Marketer / Growth Strategist role requiring approximately 4-5 hours per week, focused on executing CaseCheck’s marketing strategy. Working within a lean, structured startup budget, you will own day-to-day acquisition channels, design conversion funnels, test paid and organic growth loops, and build out our B2B attorney outreach motion alongside consumer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across digital and social channels for both B2C subscribers and B2B partners. Build and refine performance marketing funnels, track key metrics, and analyze campaign data to lower CAC and improve conversion rates. Collaborate closely with founders to execute hands-on growth initiatives, messaging strategies, and launch timelines for our November rollout. Spearhead initial outreach and partnership campaigns targeting immigration law firms. Operate independently with high autonomy within a part-time (4-5 hours/week) capacity and structured, phased marketing budgets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, user acquisition, and performance marketing (both B2C and B2B SaaS/marketplace experience strongly preferred). Hands-on execution skills with a strong command of analytics tools, funnel optimization, and tracking KPIs. Direct familiarity or interest in the U.S. immigration, legal-tech, or regulated services space is a major plus. Comfortable working in an early-stage, bootstrapped startup environment where resourcefulness and structured execution are paramount. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a user-first, inclusive approach to messaging. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
