Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) at LD Recursos Humanos. The Data Analyst will assist in collecting, organizing, and validating data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Daily tasks include preparing basic reports and dashboards, performing simple data analysis to identify patterns and trends, and supporting senior analysts with data cleaning and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with team members to understand business requirements, maintaining clear records of methodologies used, and learning standard tools and best practices in data analysis. This position is designed for individuals at the beginning of their careers who are eager to build strong analytical skills and grow into more advanced responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess basic data handling skills, including working with spreadsheets, databases, and simple data cleaning techniques. Candidates should possess foundational analytical skills, such as understanding statistics at a basic level, interpreting charts and tables, and identifying trends in data. Candidates should possess technical aptitude, including familiarity with at least one data analysis or visualization tool (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar). Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to document work clearly and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Relevant education such as a degree or ongoing studies in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is beneficial. Interest in continuous learning, willingness to receive mentorship, and openness to feedback are highly valued. Prior internship, academic projects, or coursework involving data analysis or reporting is considered a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
