Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper – Oracle NetSuite at Dogline. The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger postings, and monthly close activities. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records in Oracle NetSuite, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, processing invoices and payments, and preparing regular financial reports for management. The role also involves monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with established accounting policies and applicable regulations. The Full-Charge Bookkeeper will collaborate with management and operations teams to support decision-making, streamline financial processes, and provide insight into product, inventory, and cost-related data. Qualifications 5 years experience - s trong bookkeeping and accounting skills, including full-charge responsibility for AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close. 3 years experience with Oracle NetSuite, quickbooks experience a plus, including experience configuring and using modules relevant to inventory and retail operations. Solid understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and basic tax and compliance requirements for small to mid-sized businesses. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with management, operations, and external partners in a distributed team setting. Comfort with technology and spreadsheets, including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis. Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or pet products industry is a plus. Relevant education such as an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
