Position: Environmental Litigation Associate / Senior Associate Location: Seattle, WA / Washington, DC / Lafayette, CA / Houston, TX Experience: 4+ Years Salary: Up to $210,000 annually Work Arrangement: Hybrid/ Remote About the Opportunity: I'm partnering with a well-established law firm seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Associate Attorney with experience in environmental litigation. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated federal environmental matters, a specialized litigation practice, and a work environment designed to support professional growth and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex federal environmental litigation involving major federal environmental statutes and their implementing regulations.
• Research and analyze environmental laws, regulations, and related legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys across relevant practice areas on sophisticated environmental matters.
• Support case preparation, discovery, and other litigation activities as required.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant litigation experience involving environmental statutes and implementing regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in environmental litigation.
• Experience with federal environmental laws, including one or more of the following:
• National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
• Endangered Species Act (ESA)
• Clean Water Act (CWA)
• Clean Air Act (CAA)
• CERCLA / Superfund
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage complex legal matters and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
