Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer with strong experience in software engineering, LLM applications, and Agentic AI solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building, evaluating, deploying, and maintaining production-ready AI agent applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions. Build RAG pipelines and integrate vector search. Develop and optimize LLM prompts, tools, and workflows. Implement evaluation frameworks and monitor AI performance. Build reliable APIs and backend integrations. Use AI coding agents for development, testing, and documentation. Manage CI/CD deployments and production releases. Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams. Required Skills Strong programming experience in Python and/or C#/.NET. Hands-on experience with LLM, Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Tool Calling. Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft Agent Framework. Azure AI Document Intelligence. Vector Databases, Embeddings, Chunking, and Hybrid Search. Context Engineering and Token Management. LLM Evaluation, Golden Datasets, and LLM-as-a-Judge. OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights. AI Coding Agents – GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor. REST APIs, API Integrations, and Workflow Orchestration. CI/CD, Git, Azure Cloud, and Agile Methodology. A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Observability.
