Full-Stack Product Engineer Role details: Salary : $180K - $320K Remote work policy : Remote (North America) Full-time position Location : Remote (US or Canada) Equity : ISO options Visa sponsorship details : Open to visa transfers (e.g. OPT, H1B transfers) Additional visa sponsorship details: Can sponsor H1B transfer, TN, O-1, etc. Hiring Count: Looking to hire 6 candidates for this role Tech stack: React, Typescript, Go About this role We’re seeking full-stack engineers to join our fast-growing engineering team, where you’ll help develop an intuitive interface that enables non-technical users to easily engage with advanced features. On a typical day, you will be: Architecting and building features end-to-end for a new generation of marketing and growth products Collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional partners - designers, product managers - to understand real-world behavior Working alongside ML engineers to surface insights that empower marketers to make confident decisions. Looking ahead, AI and machine learning will be the foundation of a new operational paradigm in marketing. Some of the most interesting upcoming challenges for this team include: Building a deep analytics and observability platform to surface key marketing insights Integrating complex ML models into a highly interactive user interface Crafting intuitive interfaces for marketing and growth team to set up complex experiments Our ideal engineer is someone who has proven experience working closely with product teams to build user interfaces from zero to one. You should be able to independently lead and architect complex frontend systems, and be proficient in building CRUD applications and with a solid understanding of backend API design and data models.

Requirements

Dealbreaker Work experience Must have: Clear trajectory of growth in previous roles (hired from internships, ownership & promotions, etc. ). Must have: 2+ years of tenure at a fast- paced startups (series A- D) building SaaS products with high bar for engineering. Baseline Seniority Required : Senior leveling minimum Required : 5 - 12 years of experience in software engineering, should be user facing and product centric Work experience Required : Full-stack engineer (i. e. API design, database migration, quality frontend UIs, table design, general SQL knowledge) Required : Experience working with customer- facing products, used to fast feedback loops.
