You will help assess two banking platforms as part of a migration initiative, combining functional analysis with hands-on full stack development. Your Role : Analyze the capabilities of two banking platforms and document functional gaps as part of a migration program Build and enhance front-end features in React and back-end services in Python Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze, map and validate data Translate business requirements into technical solutions alongside business and IT stakeholders Contribute to front-office functionality and migration deliverables in an agile team What We’re Looking For : 2-3+ years of experience as a Software Developer on projects of similar complexity Experience in banking or financial services Full stack experience: React (front end) and Python (back end) Solid SQL skills Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions Proactive, resourceful, self-driven, quick learner with strong problem-solving skills Nice to have : Platform modernization or migration experience Strong analytical skills Experience in multidisciplinary, agile environments
