Must have aerospace clean-sheet gearbox design experience and the ability to design/develop new gearbox systems without reference to existing configuration, layout models, or preliminary basic data development. o Gears, Bearings, Shafts, Housings sizing/design Must have experience in lubrication analysis Must have experience designing castings, forgings, and machined parts Must be proficient with Catia V5 3D modeling utilizing generative shape design, part design, and assembly design workbenches Must be proficient in Catia V5 2D drafting Must have experience in Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5 Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint) Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills Prefer experience with Catia V5 Model Based Design (MBD) using the Functional Tolerancing and Annotation workbench (FT&A) Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
