About the Role

Outlier is seeking skilled Backend Engineers to help develop and shape autonomous agents such as OpenClaw. This is a freelance, remote opportunity suited to candidates with experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. The role requires the ability to build production-grade software with modular separation across data parsing, logic processing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration. Track record of building production-grade software. Experience with modular separation across data parsing, logic processing, and reporting. Compensation & Benefits Pay of up to $50 USD per hour. Weekly payments. Flexible working hours.
