About the Company

Bright Vision Technologies (BV Teck) is a software development company that builds solutions to help businesses automate and optimize their operations. The company focuses on developing scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications using modern technologies.

About the Role

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Generative AI Specialist to lead the design and development standards for large language model (LLM) applications across the organization. This role focuses on prompt engineering, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluation frameworks, and application architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered products to production and the technical judgment to build reliable, reusable solutions across different use cases. You will establish architectural patterns, develop internal tools, improve application safety and performance, and guide engineering teams in applying generative AI effectively and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Define organization-wide standards, design patterns, and reference architectures for LLM-based applications. Develop prompt structures, instruction templates, and retrieval strategies for production use cases. Design agentic systems that incorporate tool use, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning. Lead the development of RAG pipelines, including document chunking, indexing, and reranking strategies. Build evaluation frameworks to measure prompt quality, agent reliability, and end-to-end task success. Develop internal tools and reusable libraries to support LLM application development across teams. Establish guardrails, safety filters, and policy enforcement mechanisms for LLM-powered products. Collaborate with model engineering teams on prompt-model co-design and fine-tuning opportunities. Review LLM application architectures and provide technical guidance to product teams. Mentor engineers and applied scientists in prompt engineering and LLM application architecture. Lead red-teaming exercises and strengthen application robustness against adversarial inputs. Evaluate latency, cost, and quality trade-offs and recommend performance optimizations. Document reusable patterns, anti-patterns, and lessons learned for organization-wide use. Monitor developments in LLM capabilities, tools, and research and translate relevant advances into practical engineering guidance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field. At least six years of software engineering experience, including significant work on LLM-based applications. Demonstrated experience delivering LLM-powered products to production. Strong familiarity with modern LLM APIs and agent frameworks. Solid understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector databases. Experience designing evaluation pipelines for non-deterministic systems. Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with modern application frameworks. Understanding of responsible AI principles, including safety and policy considerations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

Preferred Qualifications

Publications, technical articles, talks, or open-source contributions related to LLM application development. Experience with multi-agent architectures and complex tool-use systems. Familiarity with fine-tuning workflows and the trade-offs between fine-tuning and prompting. Exposure to product areas such as customer support, coding assistants, or analytics agents. Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise software systems with strict compliance requirements.
