The Gift Processor manages end-to-end donor gift processing, maintains CRM data integrity, and supports event financials. This position works closely with the Chief Development Officer to ensure accurate gift recording, timely donor acknowledgments, and efficient systems and processes that support CAL's fundraising operations. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, passionate about serving Veterans, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and systems management. This is a 20 hour a week, remote, position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Donor Gift Management Accurately enter and process all incoming donor gifts, event sponsorships, and in-kind donations Reconciliation of Event CRM and Donor CRM Generate and distribute donor gift reports, receipts, acknowledgment letters, and end-of-year (EOY) giving statements Perform financial cross-checking for events and track event sponsor payments Data & Systems Management Manage CRM contacts, including adding new profiles, updating notes, and performing routine de-duplication audits Track in-kind donations within the CRM Run custom and routine data reports to support development and leadership, tea SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Associate's degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred Demonstrated CRM systems experience required Data entry/reporting experience Nonprofit gift processing experience is strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Mission-driven (passion to serve Veterans is a plus) Preferred: Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail) is preferred
