We are looking for something of a diamond. Recruiting for a Global Lead managing Benefits Operations and Workday. This is a leadership role and while very focused and requiring expertise in both Benefits Operations AND Workday, it has a global purview with employees across 25+ countries. Based in NYC and working onsite 4 days/week with 1 day WFH. Base range 200-250k. Responsibilities: owning the global delivery of scalable and compliant technology solutions across benefits and Leaves programs critical assessment of current Workday/HRIS models and processes managing complex global stakeholder relationships across HR, Engineering and Payroll. Required Qualifications: deep proficiency and hands on experience in Benefits, Core HCM, integrations and reporting proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in benefits operations and HR technology in a complex, fast-paced environment the ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes and communicate effectively across senior leadership audiences. Workday Pro certification will be an advantage and you will ideally have experience working in a large (5k+) global organization.
