Job Title - Global Mobility Manager Location - 100% Remote Duration - 14 months contract + Extension Client is seeking a Global Mobility Manager for a Remote position with a Global Biotechnology Company. This is a 14 months contract opportunity. The Global Mobility Manager manages all aspects of candidate and employee relocation, both domestic and permanent moves, within the Americas. Anticipating employee needs and dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience, the Mobility Manager will take initiative to solve problems independently, exercising discretion within guidelines and evolving industry standards. This is an exciting and demanding role that requires passion and the desire to be a team player.

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise and manage day-to-day US relocation cases in partnership with a Relocation Management Company on mobility within the Americas Act as a single point of contact to employees throughout the mobility process Articulate complex relocation scenarios including tax and immigration factors and provide practical, simplified solutions for the employee and/or business In partnership with our immigration firm, support immigration case life-cycle management for foreign national employees Work closely with foreign national candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders to provide guidance, support escalations and day to day program management support Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to interpret policy, provide options and recommend solutions Partner with global and local vendors, monitor performance and ensure compliance with company policy and local laws and regulations Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility with a focus on the Americas Familiarity with US residential real estate purchase process; knowledge of Buyer Value Option transactions a plus In-depth knowledge of mobility processes including tax services, immigration, payroll, home sale, home purchase in the Americas regions Excellent learning agility and emotional intelligence, able to be empathetic to situations you may have never directly experienced Exceptional communication skills and an above average ability to translate mobility concepts to others, with impeccable customer service skills and a positive attitude in challenging situations Demonstrated ability to take initiative and multi-task in a high-paced environment Demonstrated experience working on a global team Ability to work efficiently and effectively in situations involving change, shifting priorities and ambiguity Role model for company core values and Leadership Commitments in all actions
