About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Global Property Claims Adjuster to join our Property Claims team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a claims professional looking to build experience in commercial property claims and develop expertise in global, excess and surplus lines, and layered and shared market placements. The Claims Adjuster will manage an assigned caseload with support and guidance from senior claims professionals while working collaboratively with independent adjusters, market partners, underwriting, legal, and reinsurance teams. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, eager to learn, and committed to providing high-quality claims service.

Collaborate with underwriting, legal, reinsurance, and other internal stakeholders as appropriate. Work with market adjusters and other participating insurers on layered and shared property claims. Support the handling of larger or more complex claims while developing technical knowledge and experience. Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company claim-handling standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Leverage approved AI and digital tools to support claim analysis, summarize information, improve documentation, and enhance efficiency, while applying appropriate professional judgment and maintaining data security and confidentiality. Qualifications 1–3 years of commercial property claims experience preferred. Adjuster license in Texas. Basic understanding of property insurance policies, claim investigation, coverage, and reserving. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn claims systems and other technology. Experience with commercial excess and surplus lines, or global property claims is a plus, but not required. What We’re Looking For A motivated claims professional who is eager to develop technical expertise in commercial property claims. Strong attention to detail and sound analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate professionally with insureds, brokers, adjusters, and internal partners. A collaborative mindset and willingness to seek guidance on complex claim and coverage issues. Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced claims environment. Curiosity and a desire to learn about complex commercial property programs, including layered and shared placements. Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and excellent claims service. Compensation & Benefits The applicable base salary for this opportunity is $80,000 - $90,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
