This role offers the opportunity to work on complex international and domestic transactions, focusing on financing, leasing, acquisition, and restructuring of aviation, rail, maritime, and general equipment assets. Duties Collaborate with a team of over 60 lawyers on diverse transactions. Engage in business development and client-facing activities. Draft and negotiate contracts with precision and clarity. Manage multiple matters simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Requirements 2-6 years of transactional experience at a law firm. Experience in securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, or related fields. Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills. Admitted in or taking steps to become admitted in California, Illinois, Texas, or Florida. Education J.D. degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
