Role Description The Global Vice President of Brand is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and leading the global brand vision and strategy for SWARNA COSMETICS COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED. This role oversees brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all markets and channels, ensuring consistency and relevance to target audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand strategies, guiding integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and product teams, and leveraging customer insights to shape brand narratives and product launches. The Global Vice President of Brand will manage and mentor brand and marketing teams, establish performance metrics, and monitor brand health and market trends. The role also involves building strategic partnerships, representing the brand in key external engagements, and aligning brand initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Brand Management and Brand Development, with a track record of building and scaling brands in consumer goods or cosmetics. Strong background in Marketing, including integrated campaign planning, digital marketing, and performance measurement. Experience in Sales collaboration, aligning brand strategy with commercial objectives and supporting go-to-market plans. Ability to leverage Customer Insight and market research to inform brand positioning, product strategy, and communication. Proven leadership experience managing global or cross-functional teams, with strong coaching and stakeholder management skills. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sector is highly desirable, along with familiarity with global brand operations. Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
