Are you a Go High Level wizard who loves designing smooth automation workflows, high-converting funnels, and seamless lead nurture systems? We are supporting a forward-thinking real estate and consulting firm that empowers clients through high-impact strategies, events, and lead generation solutions. In this role, you will take full ownership of the technical setup and optimization of database workflows, marketing funnels, and lead engagement systems. We are looking for a proactive, independent thinker who actively brings fresh ideas to the table, communicates openly, and takes full initiative to keep marketing engines running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows, campaign sequences, and contact management systems within Go High Level (GHL). Build and maintain high-converting marketing funnels and landing pages for webinar/workshop registrations and lead capture resources. Execute consistent newsletter campaigns and drip sequences to nurture and engage the client's sphere of influence. Set up automated follow-up sequences for missed calls, lead capture, and appointment scheduling. Configure, oversee, and troubleshoot automated appointment scheduling and calendar integrations. Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and propose innovative system improvements. Must-Have Requirements Proven hands-on expertise with Go High Level (GHL) automations, funnels, and campaign management. Deep understanding of sales funnel architecture and digital lead conversion principles. Strong independent problem-solving skills with a habit of taking initiative and proposing proactive solutions. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage digital marketing systems and technical workflow integrations autonomously.

Nice-to-Have

Requirements Previous experience working within the real estate, consulting, or lead generation sectors. Familiarity with setting up registration funnels specifically for live workshops or webinars. Background in email marketing strategies and long-term lead drip campaign execution.
