Sr Project Manager, Contract, 40 hours a week through April 2027! MUST have Government experience! We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead a high-visibility government initiative assessing laboratory facilities across the state. This individual will drive project execution, coordinate multiple external partners, and oversee the development of a comprehensive recommendations report for government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery through April 2027. Manage timelines, milestones, budgets, and key deliverables. Coordinate government stakeholders, consulting partners, leadership, and technical resources. Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Track and manage deliverables from multiple vendors and consultants. Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule. Support development and delivery of final recommendations and reporting. Sr Project Manager, Contract, 40 hours a week through April 2027! MUST have Government experience! Sr Project Manager MUST have the following to be considered! 5+ years of project management experience supporting government, public-sector, facilities, infrastructure, or assessment-related projects. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and complex project timelines. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Proven ability to drive accountability and deliver projects with minimal supervision. MUST have Government experience to be considered! Preferred Facility, laboratory, or infrastructure assessment project experience. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management methodology experience. Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools. Technical reporting or report-development experience.
