We're looking for a Grant Writer to join our team on a part-time basis. You'll play a key role in identifying, developing, and submitting grant proposals to help secure funding for various programmes and initiatives. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. What you'll do

• Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations and funding organizations• Write, edit, and submit compelling grant proposals and letters of inquiry• Work with team members to gather programme data and identify funding needs• Maintain a grants calendar and track deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements• Prepare grant reports and ensure compliance with funder guidelines• Assist in developing budgets and supporting documentation for proposals• Keep organized records of all grant activities

Skills/background needed

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree in nonprofit administration, management, or related field is a plus)• Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit development (we'll provide training on specifics)• Strong written communication and storytelling skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines• High level of organization and attention to detail• Comfortable with Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Proficiency with Zoom and email communication• Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven organisations is helpful but not required
