About the Opportunity: The GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER, FINANCE TECHNOLOGY, leads the management of the Finance SaaS product portfolio, overseeing systems that support treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity functions. This role combines team leadership with hands-on product ownership, driving the finance technology strategy, advising senior leadership, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology solutions. Responsibilities: Own product vision and roadmap for the Finance SaaS portfolio. Lead Finance and AI Transformation initiatives to automate and enhance finance workflows. Translate finance priorities into a sequenced product roadmap. Manage build-versus-buy decisions and vendor relationships. Define and implement consistent product operating models. Identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements. Use measurable outcomes to prioritize the roadmap. Maintain transparent demand pipeline for finance stakeholders. Assess finance processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Establish cross-functional decision frameworks for finance capabilities. Design and launch features to improve user efficiency and business value. Partner with finance leadership to promote a "finance engineer" mindset. Drive end-to-end finance transformation across multiple domains. Advise senior leadership on roadmap trade-offs and alignments. Navigate organizational dynamics to secure cross-functional alignment. Manage dependencies and resolve bottlenecks among teams and partners. Lead diligence programs to optimize systems and workflows. Manage and develop a team of SaaS product managers. Provide coaching and serve as escalation point for product management issues. Define team coverage models and support team growth. Maintain direct ownership of specific application sets and their roadmaps. Requirements: Experience managing Finance SaaS products covering treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity. Proven ability to lead AI transformation initiatives within finance. Strong strategic planning and roadmap development skills. Experience with vendor management and build-versus-buy decisions. Ability to define and enforce product operating models. Skills in process assessment and identifying automation opportunities. Capability to influence senior executives and navigate complex organizational structures. Experience managing and developing product management teams. Hands-on product ownership experience alongside team leadership.
