Growth Hacker at BairesDev We are seeking a Growth Hacker to identify and test creative strategies that drive rapid growth across the acquisition and engagement funnel. This role is for a resourceful, analytically minded professional who is energized by experimentation and motivated by finding scalable growth levers beyond conventional marketing playbooks.

What You'll Do

Develop and run growth experiments targeting acquisition, activation, and retention funnel stages. Research and test unconventional growth tactics including viral mechanics, referral programs, and product-led strategies. Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact experiments. Execute campaigns across multiple channels and iterate rapidly based on performance data. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement technical experiments and automation scripts. Document experiment results and contribute to a shared knowledge base of growth learnings. What we are looking for 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a highly experimental digital marketing role. Experience running structured experiments and using data to validate or invalidate growth hypotheses. Working knowledge of web analytics, funnel analysis, and basic SQL or data querying skills. Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and product-led growth concepts. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high tolerance for testing, failing, and iterating.
