Every search is delivery-only, placing sales, marketing and revenue leaders into VC-backed startups. You won't do any business development, so all of your time goes on what you're best at.

About the Role

This role focuses exclusively on delivery-only searches, placing sales, marketing and revenue leaders into VC-backed startups, with no business development responsibilities so you can focus entirely on executing searches end to end.

Responsibilities

Own searches end to end, from intake to offer. Place sales, marketing and revenue leaders into VC-backed startups. Focus solely on delivery without any business development. Learn directly from a CEO who is one of the most respected leaders in GTM recruiting.

Qualifications

Experience with VC-backed or high-growth companies. Required Skills A strong record of hiring GTM roles such as AEs, sales leaders, marketing and RevOps. The drive to own searches end to end, from intake to offer. Preferred Skills In-house talent partners who are already crushing GTM hires and want to earn far more on every hire they make. Agency or search GTM recruiters who want to sharpen their craft by learning from the best in the industry. Pay range and compensation package Up to 50% commission on every placement, so you share properly in the fees you earn. $300k+ earning potential in year one.
