Most recruiters spend half their week chasing business. This role doesn't ask you to do any of it. We're partnering with an industry leader in go-to-market search to add a GTM Recruiter to its team. Every search is delivery-only, placing sales, marketing and revenue leaders into VC-backed startups. You won't do any business development, so all of your time goes on what you're best at.

About the Role

This role focuses exclusively on delivery-only searches, placing sales, marketing and revenue leaders into VC-backed startups, with no business development responsibilities so you can focus entirely on executing searches end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own searches end to end, from intake to offer.
• Place sales, marketing and revenue leaders into VC-backed startups.
• Focus solely on delivery without any business development.
• Learn directly from a CEO who is one of the most respected leaders in GTM recruiting.

Qualifications

• Experience with VC-backed or high-growth companies.

Required Skills

• A strong record of hiring GTM roles such as AEs, sales leaders, marketing and RevOps.
• The drive to own searches end to end, from intake to offer.

Preferred Skills

• In-house talent partners who are already crushing GTM hires and want to earn far more on every hire they make.
• Agency or search GTM recruiters who want to sharpen their craft by learning from the best in the industry.

Pay range and compensation package

• Up to 50% commission on every placement, so you share properly in the fees you earn.
• $300k+ earning potential in year one.
