Role Overview:In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models using your healthcare management expertise and operational knowledge. No prior AI experience is required. These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field by improving healthcare operations, decision-making, and patient service quality. What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:Design and solve real-world healthcare management and operations scenarios to test AI reasoning. Write clear, structured solutions covering compliance, resource allocation, quality assurance, and organizational performance. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with healthcare standards and regulations. Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance model understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory frameworks, and operational workflows. Requirements:4+ years of experience in healthcare administration, operations management, or medical services coordination. Candidates must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Health Services Management or related fields. Strong understanding of HIPAA, healthcare quality standards, and organizational management principles. Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and evaluation.
