- Source, screen, and submit nurses, allied health, and other healthcare professionals
- Utilize Vivian, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to find top candidates
- Coordinate interviews and placements with healthcare facilities
- Build relationships with candidates and help them land great roles

- Experience in healthcare recruiting (preferred but not required)
- Strong sourcing and communication skills

Qualifications
- Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting skills
- Experience in Hiring and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or related field
