THE ROLE: The High Ticket Closer is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment journey for Nurse Life Coach Academy programs. You'll conduct consultative sales calls, ask thoughtful questions to understand each nurse's goals, and present program details with clarity and empathy. You'll manage a consistent pipeline, use CRM tools to track outreach and conversions, and collaborate with marketing and operations to refine the sales process — all while representing the Academy's mission to support nurses in building careers that truly heal. WHAT YOU'LL DO Conduct consultative enrollment calls, guiding nurses through high-level decisions and handling objections with confidence Manage a consistent pipeline — following up with leads and tracking outreach, conversations, and conversions in CRM tools Meet or exceed enrollment targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards in advising Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging, share prospect feedback, and continuously improve the sales process WHAT YOU BRING Strong consultative sales skills — you build trust, ask insightful questions, and recommend solutions aligned with individual needs Excellent communication — clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to explain program details simply Comfort with remote work tools — CRM platforms, video conferencing software, and digital scheduling tools Experience or genuine interest in healthcare, coaching, wellness, or education A track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment or sales targets with a supportive, non-pressuring approach Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a small, mission-driven team Preferred: Prior experience in inside sales, admissions advising, enrollment counseling, or similar roles COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE Pay: Commission-based | 10% of closed revenue | OTE $7,500–$10,500/month Classification: 1099 to start | W-2 eligible at 90 days Nurse Life Coach Academy | Remote (US-Based) | www.nurselifecoachacademy.com
