Role Description This position will support several parts of the Medicaid provider management team with a focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.

• This role will focus on coordination and collaboration amongst work for Network Operations - Intake and triage, provider data assignments, and claim pend assignments.
• Will be lead for work assignments and work closely with the manager on department production and turnaround times.

Qualifications

• QNXT Experience Required
• 3 Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end-user applications
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to coordinate collaboration sessions
• Take detailed notes to share with analysts
• General understanding and skills in PowerPoint

Requirements

• Provides technical and/or functional leadership within the unit (i.e., team lead)
• Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience
