Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers in both Hmong and English languages. Navigate and resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to healthcare services. Utilize strong understanding of both Hmong and English languages to effectively communicate and assist with language barriers. Empathetically handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues. Keep up-to-date with changes in healthcare policies and procedures to accurately assist customers. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and quality assurance measures. Stay current with product and service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. Multitask and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
