Role Description The Home Care Provider is responsible for delivering compassionate, professional care to clients in their homes in the Rock Hill area. This full-time, remote role involves assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while supporting clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. The Home Care Provider will monitor the client’s condition, document observations, and communicate any changes to the care team or family members. Day-to-day tasks also include providing companionship, engaging clients in activities, supporting safe mobility, and following individualized care plans to promote comfort, dignity, and independence.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Caregiving and Personal Care skills focused on supporting daily living activities with respect and sensitivity. Candidates should demonstrate solid Home Care and Elder Care skills, including experience working in clients’ homes and understanding the needs of older adults. Candidates should have excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients and families. Previous experience as a home care aide, personal care assistant, or similar role is preferred. Ability to follow care plans, record observations accurately, and report concerns in a timely manner. Reliable transportation to client homes within the Rock Hill area and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications such as CNA or home health aide are a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, such as assisting with transfers and supporting safe mobility.
