Role Description The Home Care Sales & Business Development Consultant is a remote, contract role focused on expanding Living Care Home Services’ client base and referral network. We ask that you live in or around Doylestown, PA to meet with the team or clients, when needed. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new leads, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients, and presenting service offerings in a clear, empathetic manner. The consultant will develop and execute outreach strategies, conduct virtual meetings and consultations, and provide recommendations that align prospective clients’ needs with appropriate home care services. The role also involves tracking sales activities, reporting on performance metrics, providing market feedback to leadership, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including virtual presentation and active listening abilities. Proven Sales skills with experience in consultative selling and closing new business. Business Development experience in growing service-based organizations or healthcare-related services. Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, networking, and managing a pipeline of opportunities. Consulting skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored home care solutions. Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is highly beneficial. Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to use CRM tools and basic productivity software for tracking activities and reporting. Ethical, client-centered approach with commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices. Relevant education or training in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
