Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and best practices in inclusive and non-discriminatory HR policies. Ability to design and implement HR processes, procedures, and documentation suitable for a remote and part-time environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams. Proficiency with HR information systems, applicant tracking tools, and common productivity platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, spreadsheets, collaboration tools). Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle confidential information, and work independently. Experience supporting training, coaching, and professional development initiatives is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in a remote or distributed work environment and in a small or growing organization is a plus.
