Key Responsibilities: - Handle escalated Employee Self-Service (ESS) and client inquiries, interpreting policies and advanced tax and payroll issues. - Address escalated employee relations questions and inquiries delegated by HR Advisors. - Investigate unique and complex HR-related issues, resolving them directly with employees and managers. - Lead team support for new service projects transitioning with designated departments. - Update and improve the department database to enhance service efficiency and educate team members. - Evaluate existing work processes, making recommendations for improvements to optimize resource use. - Provide support to lower-level representatives and new staff, ensuring a collaborative service environment. - Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: - 8+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fields. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex policies and guidelines. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Experience in handling escalated HR issues and employee relations. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support team alignment.
