Job Title: Technical Implementation Coordinator Job Location: Remote (East Cost) Job Type: Full-Time Department: Digital Experience Development / Digital Product Solution Delivery Job Summary The Technical Implementation Coordinator manages the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions for clients and partners. This role coordinates onboarding, technical configuration, implementation tracking, issue resolution, and post-implementation support to ensure a smooth client experience and successful adoption of digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Process new digital solution implementation requests, including information validation, data entry, and file uploads. Gather missing information from clients and internal teams to initiate technical implementations. Track ongoing and completed implementations and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Coordinate resources and implementation schedules to ensure projects progress on time. Identify and resolve implementation challenges by collaborating with clients and internal teams. Configure digital solutions based on product requirements. Provide post-implementation support (hypercare) before transitioning clients to the appropriate support team. Process additional user access requests and account configuration changes. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and technical teams to improve implementation efficiency. Required Qualifications 3+ years of product or technical solution implementation experience. Healthcare industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Experience with ticket management and customer service processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Healthcare technology industry experience. Laboratory industry experience. Experience with technical product customer service. Knowledge of clinical workflows, process mapping, and process improvement.
