Key Responsibilities

As an In‑Home Product Testing Specialist, you will be the bridge between cutting‑edge products and real‑world consumers. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Receiving and reviewing the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
• Unpacking, reading instructions, and setting up products in a safe, responsible manner.
• Using the product for the specified duration while following all safety and usage guidelines.
• Capturing screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and written journal entries as instructed.
• Submitting feedback through online or mobile platforms, including brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology, which captures Point‑of‑Emotion® insights.
• Participating in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market‑research firms when required.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation and adhering to the daily schedule to ensure data integrity.
• Communicating any product issues, defects, or user experience concerns promptly to the research team.

Essential Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of running web‑based surveys and video uploads.
